Description

Standard heat pump installation:

Standard installation is carried out by a trained, KMO-authorized and registered installer via our service partner Dansk Total Service. When you order an installation, we will send your information to the service partner for the area and you will then be contacted by an installer to arrange further details regarding the installation.
Normally you will be contacted within 1-2 working days and will be offered an installation time within 10 working days.

The standard installation includes:

• As standard, the outdoor unit is mounted up to 4 meters from the indoor unit.
• A hole of approx. Ø68 mm is drilled through a cavity wall or wooden wall for pipes/hoses.
• Hoses, drains and copper pipes are installed by an authorized refrigeration installer.
• Connecting to an existing power outlet near the outdoor unit.
• The indoor unit is mounted on the inside of an external wall, incl. brackets (max. height 2.5 meters).
• Condensation drains are routed to the ground (up to 4 meters).
• The outdoor part is connected and placed on the ground (customer supplied: tiles, leca blocks etc.) NB. This solution is recommended as it significantly reduces the noise level.
• Review of the system’s features.

 

The following are not included in the installation:

• Extra pipe when the indoor unit is more than 4 meters from the outdoor unit.
• Painting and cleaning.
• Drilling a hole in concrete wall or other reinforced material (max 15cm thickness, additional price DKK 1.500,-)
• Other unforeseen work (will be settled at an hourly rate of DKK 620,-).
• It must be possible to install the system without furniture, outdoor plants, etc. interfering with the installer.
• The installation only applies to continental islands.

 

General:

The systems mentioned are at the installation address and have been settled with the dealer.
In case of unsuccessful driving, a fee of DKK 1,100 will be charged. (Cancellation possible at least two business days before)
The installation is always carried out by a KMO-authorized installer, via Dansk Total service.

Other prices:

Extra work is charged at DKK 620 per hour.
Cable trays 2 meters, DKK 198 per piece.
Extra piping (including electrical cable, copper pipes, cable trays and refrigerant) beyond 4 meters between the indoor and outdoor parts is charged at DKK 500 per m.
